RESERVATIONS
Making a reservation:
Please select available weeks (Saturday to Saturday – check in at 16:00 & check out at 10:00) in the calendar and select dates to make your reservation. We will consider shorter stays on occasion, subject to availability.
*All available dates are live at the time of booking today, although please await email confirmation of your reservation from the office so that any pending payment can proceed to secure your booking formally.

Cancelling reservations:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- to 49 days before the arrival date, €25.00.
- 48 to 21 days before the arrival date, 25% of the booking amount.
- 20 to 8 days before the arrival date, 75% of the booking amount.
- 7 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.
- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking.
Additional info:
- Check-in: 16:00
- Check-out: 10:00
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency.
- The balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival date.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- VAT is included in the accommodation price
- No pets
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Payment information:
All payments should be made using PayPal to confirm your booking as directed in the payment process. A deposit of 25% is required to hold the reservation initially, with the balance payment settled 6 weeks prior to arrival using the link emailed to you.
